Extended Responsibility Period (ERP) Services

 

Following successful completion of planting and vegetation establishment activities, the Extended Responsibility Period (ERP) may be initiated. As required by the RCT, ERP must be in place for a specified duration of time before Phase III Bond Release may be achieved.  HF & Associates, Inc. staff has over 19 years of experience in dealing with ERP and has the expertise to assure clients attain Phase III Bond Release in the minimum required time.
